The Reversible Cooking Grills cleverly adjust to two different heights which adds an entirely new dimension of cooking control above and beyond the temperature control of the burners. Optional hotplates can also be bought to offer a half-and-half cooking set up OR a buying two hotplates allow for full hotplate cooking (hotplates only fit in high position)
